Downtown boasts more residents, but amenities are still lacking

There’s still high demand for a full-service grocery and a Target discount department store Downtown, according to results from a new survey of residents and pedestrians in the Golden Triangle. But try as developers may, it doesn’t look like anyone should bank on seeing either any time soon.
