Doug Mastriano says he's not running for Senate in 2024, a relief for the Pennsylvania GOP establishment

State Sen. Doug Mastriano has decided not to launch a 2024 U.S. Senate campaign, to the relief of Republican leaders who considered him a far-weaker candidate against incumbent U.S. Sen. Bob Casey.
