District Attorney declines to file charges against Woodland Hills High School principal

The Allegheny County district attorney’s office will not charge the Woodland Hills High School principal accused of threatening to punch a student in an encounter captured on a cell phone recording, but called the man’s actions “inappropriate and threatening” in a letter sent Friday to district Superintendent Alan Johnson.
