Distribution Company Blamed For Ballot Issues In Two Counties

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A contractor is being blamed for mail-in ballot issues in both Allegheny and Westmoreland County.That contractor is Midwest Direct, a Cleveland-based distribution company.
