DEP schedules public hearings for Shell's Falcon pipeline in early April

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, which is evaluating a permit application for Shell Pipeline Co. to build a 97-mile long ethane pipeline through the state, has scheduled three opportunities for the public to have its say on the topic.
