PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — The Department of Environmental Protection has issued a Code Orange Air Quality Alert for parts of Western Pennsylvania.The issue is in effect for Thursday for Allegheny, Butler, Beaver, Armstrong, Washington, Westmoreland and Fayette counties.A Code Orange means there’s an unhealthy pollution level for sensitive people, the DEP explains.
