DA Zappala agrees Revis charges should have been dismissed

Allegheny County District Attorney Stephen A. Zappala Jr. said Thursday that the dismissal a day earlier of assault and other charges against former New York Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis was appropriate and that he likely will not charge Revis' friend, who admitted in court testimony to punching two men on the South Side last month.
