DA shuts down unfounded talk of 'rigged' election in Allegheny County

District Attorney Stephen Zappala is publicly denying any talk of a "rigged" election in November, saying it's just a lot of "unsubstantiated and reckless political rhetoric" in Pittsburgh and other major cities in Pennsylvania.
