DA shuts down talk of 'rigged' election in Allegheny County

District Attorney Stephen Zappala is denying rumors of a "rigged" election in November, saying it's just a lot of "unsubstantiated and reckless political rhetoric" in Pittsburgh and Pennsylvania's other major cities.
