DA sets new minimum standard for Allegheny County police pursuits

Nearly four months after a family of three was killed during a Thanksgiving Day police pursuit, Allegheny County District Attorney Stephen A. Zappala Jr. on Thursday unveiled new guidelines for when and why officers should give chase on the road.
