DA: New DNA tests in 1987 Homestead serial rape case fail to exonerate convict

DNA testing on old evidence discovered in the Homestead police station in July proves that the man convicted of being a notorious serial rapist in 1987 was indeed the perpetrator, Allegheny County prosecutors said today.
