DA: Minnesota Man Charged In 1991 Pennsylvania Slaying

INDIANA, Pa. (AP) – State police and a county prosecutor say they’ve arrested a Minnesota man on charges he killed a 76-year-old western Pennsylvania woman nearly 25 years ago.
But Indiana County District Attorney Patrick Dougherty and police aren’t revealing the suspect’s name or other details until a news conference Friday.
