Crews Searching Allegheny River After Spotting Overturned Kayak

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Crews are searching the Allegheny River after an overturned kayak was spotted Wednesday afternoon.
The kayak was seen around 4:20 p.m. in Sharpsburg.
A hat was seen floating in the water nearby, but crews did not see a person.
