LOWER BURREL, Pa. (KDKA) – Crews are on the scene of a large fire in Lower Burrell.Cell phone video of the fire at the Cedar Crest Apartments on Puckety Church Road show large flames consuming the building, with flames shooting out of the roof.WATCH: Crews Fight Back Flames
