Crashes On Parkway West, I-79 Cause Major Backups During Evening Rush

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — There is now a big backup on I-79 South after a tractor-trailer rollover crash on Tuesday evening.
Traffic was down to just one lane near the Heidelberg exit.
