PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — There is major backup on the Parkway West inbound.
A crash has closed the Fort Pitt Tunnel heading into the city Friday. A PennDOT spokesperson said emergency officials are on the scene.
Traffic is being detoured and must exit at the Exit 69B off-ramp. Motorists should expect significant delays.
