PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Allegheny County leaders explained Thursday why there are tens of thousands ballots they’re not counting until Friday.Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald says there’s approximately 35,000 mail-in ballots that need to be looked at.
