– Baby Arugula– Peaches or Nectarines (sliced)– Burrata(Optional: Pancetta)
Dressing1/3 cup Champagne Vinegar
2/3 cup Olive Oil
1 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
1 Tsp. Agave Nectar or Honey
1/4 of an Orange – juiced
Salt and Pepper to taste
