Grilled Reuben Sandwiches
Dressing:¾ cup mayonnaise1/4 cup ketchupGenerous tablespoon minced capersGenerous tablespoon minced gherkinsGenerous tablespoon sweet pickles1 teaspoon lemon juiceSea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
8 slices Pumpernickel bread
Unsalted butter – room temperature½ pound thinly sliced Swiss cheese1 pound sliced lean corned beef2 cu
