PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — A Code Orange Air Quality Action Day has been issued for Tuesday.The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection issued the alert for Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Washington, and Westmoreland counties.
