PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Memorial Day will be observed across the Pittsburgh region this long weekend with ceremonies, both in-person and virtual, parades and memorials.Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall in Oakland is planning a virtual Memorial Day observance on Monday.
