Clarion U. trustees recommend two finalists for university president

Trustees at Clarion University voted Friday to send the names of  Dale-Elizabeth Pehrsson and David Urban to State System of Higher Education leaders, who are expected to decide as soon as May 21 which of the two will be the university's next president.
