Charges Pending After 2 Penn Hills Children Hit By Vehicles

PENN HILLS (KDKA) — Charges are pending are two Penn Hills children were hit by vehicles in two separate incidents.
It happened as the students were heading back to school.
A 6-year-old was hit by a car on Wednesday while at a bus stop on Frankstown Road. The child returned to school on Thursday.
Penn Hills Police Chief Howard Burton said the driver was trying to pass the bus.
He also said it is unclear if the bus lights were yellow or red at the time of the incident.
