WASHINGTON D.C. / PITTSBURGH, Pa. (CNN/KDKA) — The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is expected to update its guidelines on Tuesday to urge vaccinated people in certain areas of the country to resume wearing masks because of Covid-19.
