Close to the Heart Transplant Support Group will celebrate the holidays together on Tuesday, Nov.14 at 5:30 p.m. at the Eagles Club. We support not only transplant recipients, but those who have been told that they may in the future need an organ or tissue transplant, those on the waiting list, families who have lost a loved one after transplant and most importantly, the precious donor families.
