Beloved Pittsburgh weatherman Joe DeNardo dies

Joe DeNardo, a broadcasting legend whose Pittsburghese forecasts of “partly clahdy” with “shars” and wisecracking banter with anchorman Paul Long entertained generations of viewers, died Friday of lung cancer. He was 87.
