Ban toxic paint strippers, says mom of man killed by them

Joshua Atkins was refinishing part of his BMX bicycle at his mother’s home in South Connellsville, Fayette County, when he died from inhaling fumes from a paint stripper commonly available at Lowe’s, Home Depot, and most hardware and auto parts stores.
