Authorities apprehend man who ran onto T tracks in North Side tunnel

Port Authority and Pittsburgh police officers and other emergency responders descended into the North Side T station on the North Shore Tuesday afternoon and successfully extracted a man from the northbound tracks coming from the Gateway Station near the Point.
