Arrest Warrant Issued For Man Shot 3 Times In Arlington Heights

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Police have issued a warrant for a man who was shot multiple times in Arlington Heights earlier this month.
According to police, the shooting happened around 7 p.m. on Oct. 18.
Police were initially called to the intersection of South 27th and Jane streets on the South Side for a report of a man being shot.
When they arrived, they found Elliot Blackwell, 25, of the Hill District, in a car suffering from three gunshot wounds.
