Armstrong Tunnel Inbound Closed For Inspection Work

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – The inbound side of the Armstrong Tunnel in downtown Pittsburgh will be closed for a few hours on Wednesday.The inbound side will be closed to traffic between 9:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. as Duquesne Light will be conducting underground inspection work.There is no posted detour, so expect delays and extra traffic during your commute.
