Armstrong County Library Announces Permanent Closing

LEECHBURG, Pa. (KDKA) – Leechburg’s small public library, which is housed in the Leechburg High School Building, is closing its doors; not only for the upcoming weekend, or for the summer, but it is closing down permanently.
