Amber Alert Canceled For 1-Year-Old Nova White From Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (KDKA) – An Amber alert issued for a 1-year-old girl in Pennsylvania has been canceled.State police said Philadelphia police issued an Amber Alert for Nova White on Tuesday, who had last been seen in the morning with a 32-year-old man.(Photo provided by State Police/Twiter)
A few hours later, state police said she had been recovered and is safe.
