Allegheny County Sheriff's deputy suffers head injury during warrant service attempt

An Allegheny County sheriff’s deputy was hospitalized Saturday morning with a severe head injury after falling from an elevated structure at an East Hills house while assisting colleagues executing a bench warrant.
