59 Vehicles Involved In Pileup On Snowy, Slick I-80

DUBOIS, Pa. (AP) – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation says 59 vehicles crashed in a snowy pileup along a western Pennsylvania highway, and injuries are reported.
PennDOT spokesman Jim Carroll says 22 tractor-trailers and 37 cars are involved the crash on Interstate 80 in Jefferson County. He says the number and severity of injuries is unclear.
A message seeking comment from the Pennsylvania State Police wasn’t immediately returned.
