3 Women Fined For Abandoning Injured Dog On North Side

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Three women were fined for abandoning an injured dog earlier this year on the North Side.
The dog was left near a dumpster behind a 7-Eleven on Western Avenue in September. That location is less than a block away from the Western Pennsylvania Humane Society.
The women were eventually found, and they were charged in October.
