1 Suspect Arrested, 2nd Turns Himself In After Beaver Co. Chase

CHESTER, W.Va. (KDKA) — State police have taken one man into custody and another has turned himself in after an hours-long chase in Beaver County overnight.
It started early Thursday morning along Route 168 in Hookstown when police recognized a vehicle as one that had been stolen from West Virginia.
