Traffic Alert: Crash cleared on I-83

PennDOT Cameras show that traffic is backed up and moving slowly for a few miles. Traffic is heavy northbound around Exit 42, the exit for Lemoyne, as well as exits 44A and 44 B as well as Exit 45.
