This app could improve campus safety at Lancaster County colleges

Several colleges in Lancaster County -- Elizabethtown College, Franklin and Marshall College and Millersville University -- launched the LiveSafe app this fall, which hopes to prevent things like campus assault and other violent crimes before they happen.
