Strong, damaging winds main concern with Sunday's severe thunderstorms

The rain accompanying Sunday's storm system will likely start late Sunday morning, but thunderstorms, strong winds, and maybe even a tornado can be expected between 2 and 10 p.m., according to the National Weather Service at State College.
