Probable cause existed for 2015 search of Centre County DA's office, judge rules

U.S. Middle District Middle District Judge Matthew W. Brann Thursday for the second time dismissed a suit by Stacy Parks Miller who contended she was the target of a maliciously false, personal and politically motivated power play to drive her from office and destroy her reputation.
