Pennsylvania's missing children: The oldest reported cases

Since the National Center forMissing and Exploited Children opened in 1984, its national toll-free hotline has received more than 4.2 million calls. NCMEC has circulated billions of photos of missing children, assisted law enforcement in the recovery of more than 222,000 missing children.
