Homeless man who only got $12 from three robberies is sentenced to state prison

Nestor Torres-Padilla, 23, will serve time in state prison for the robberies that only netted him $12. The robberies took place in the early hours of July 26, 2015, and were within a couple of blocks of the Lancaster County Courthouse.
