Harrisburg council members approve board appointments with split votes

Councilwoman Susan Brown-Wilson addressed her colleagues before the voting began on appointments to the Harrisburg Planning Commission, Audit committee and Harrisburg Architectural Review Board. She lamented that she sees the same names every couple of years for the same boards.
