Former Harrisburg Treasurer John Campbell dodges prison

John Campbell, 27, arrived early for his hearing Tuesday, avoiding photographers and opting to wait in the courtroom until his 10 a.m. sentencing on two felony thefts and one count of misdemeanor fraud. Judge Scott A. Evans called Campbell's crimes destructive and said "It's hard to find sympathy for him."
