Coroner: Deer hunter suffered fatal heart attack before disappearance

A Lancaster County deer hunter whose disappearance prompted an intense two-day search that culminated in the discovery of his body in rural Cameron County Wednesday, likely suffered a fatal heart attack while hiking in the area, a coroner reports.
