Central Dauphin School Board mulls partnership with Land Bank

A vote on whether to partner with the Dauphin County Land Bank is expected to be on the Central Dauphin School Board agenda Sept. 21. An agreement would allow the Dauphin County Redevelopment Authority to buy blighted properties and rehabilitate them.
