Bike 'library' opens in downtown Harrisburg

As part of the program announced this week, five bikes donated by Recycle Bicycle will be stashed at the Harrisburg Downtown Improvement District's visitor information center at 22 N. Second Street, which is at the corner of Walnut Street.
