Nike to sell Hurley brand to Bluestar Alliance

Nike Inc. on Tuesday said it will sell its Hurley surf brand to Bluestar Alliance LLC. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it is expected to close in December.Nike acquired Hurley in 2002. Founder Bob Hurley stepped down in 2015.
