Downtown Portland's Hotel Modera gets a remake

As the Business Journal first reported in February, the Hotel Modera in downtown Portland is no more.
It's now known as the Hotel Zags Portland.
Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, which owns the hotel, gave it a full renovation and new branding to make it part of its "Unofficial Z Collection" of hotels. That collection also includes Hotel Zetta San Francisco, Hotel Zelos San Francisco, Hotel Zeppelin San Francisco, Hotel Zephyr Fisherman’s Wharf and Hotel Zoe Fisherman’s Wharf.“We are th
