Acclaimed restaurant Nodoguro's new downtown spot nears opening

Ryan and Elena Roadhouse, owners of Nodoguro, are putting the finishing touches on their new downtown Portland location. They are also keeping their sake pairing izakaya Peter Cat, which has popped up in Nodoguro's former space.
